Healthnet is a trading subsidiary of Somaliland Private Health Alliance (SOLPHA) incorporated under the company laws Somaliland, with mandate to administer Healthnet brand and offer services approved by the network membership including pooled procurement. Healthnet is a branded network of private medical services offering quality affordable, and accessible medical services. The Healthnet Members are a qualified medical and health professional licensed to operate a private facility that offers regulated quality services and member of health alliance.
